  • I contacted Dustin. He did a remote look at my computer. He told me that my hard drive was failing and needed to be replaced. it would cost $180 for him to come over and replace the hard drive. He came and replaced the hard drive. Dustim said that my computer would be running much faster with the new hard drive. The screen kept on flashing and I asked him to fix that. He said it was because there were too many tabs open in the browser. Even after i lessened the number of tabs the screen still flashes. The new hard drive never improved the computer speed. I usually is very slow, and I have to reboot it so it will be faster. Then later, it will slow down again so i'll have to reboot it again. This is a daily occurrence. I'll have to look someplace else to find someone who really knows how to fix the problem. Valley Geeks definitely did not.
