  • Horrible. Come here only if you have plenty of time on your hands and nothing you really need attention for. Also if you enjoy being promised "we will call you right back" and never hearing anything from them. There is a reason this location has such bad reviews. They have so many appointments from uptown residents they would rather get rid of patients than see them. My last doctor just disappeared.. No notice of anything. I had to spend a week just trying to re-explain the little progress we had made. Apparently the emails I had been sending to my doctor were being redirected to someone else and they never even thought to tell me the doctor had moved on. The front desk staff is the worst I've ever encountered. There is only one girl who I've ever talked to there who seemed legitimately friendly on the phone. Everyone else obviously hates their job and could care less about your medical problems. Avoid uptown at all costs.
