  • I think they really stepped up their customer service. At least, the girl that helped me was super nice and fast. It was so easy to smile at her and follow her around to get all of my stuff. I was probably in there for less than 10 minutes because I knew the 3 things I wanted. Maybe they got a lot of complaints and are doing better now. I probably won't go back because I don't go to Yorkdale usually, but I wouldn't hesitate to say the staff were really nice and friendly. This was about 3 weeks ago.
