  • Okay. Asian cuisine. Creole/Southern cuisine. Put them together and you have a wonderful masterpiece if you appreciate a creative fusion. This is definitely my new favorite restaurant. Gumbo ramen, calamari po' boys, gator rolls (like sushi rolls but with fried gator) are all things that someone like me could only dream of. Wu's is a place where someone who has an obsession with both Asian and Cajun food can come to and experience pure joy. I sound like I'm raving but I really just think that a place like this is a unique find that I thoroughly enjoyed. I have to get back there soon.
