  • I have been getting my nails done on/off for about 8-9 years and this place has been the least professional. They did not explain the particular new colored gel that I was interested in, and did not listen to my request to have a thinner tip with the colored gel. I ended up spending over 50$ because with the colored gel tip, they have to use pink gel (personally, I usually get an all over color) which costs more and again, they failed to mention until payment time. My nails hurt extremely bad about 20 minutes after I left the salon, a strong sign that they filed my nails to much with their various tools. I was seriously tender for more than 24 hours, luckily I have had experienced this maltreatment before so I knew it would eventually go away. Needless to say, I have not returned. ** LADIES - your nails SHOULD NOT hurt from having acrylics.**
