They really need to come up with a better system for patrons waiting in line. Customers are literally standing in line for over an hour to eat at this establishment. My first question is: Why does such a highly reputed business only seat 16 people? Is there room for expansion? Might be a good idea. Secondly: Why are customers waiting in line? I'm comfortable with the notion that a restaurant reserves the right to refuse reservations. However, these days we have many reliable means of communicating with a wait list. For example, when someone comes in person to dine, they could be given a buzzer or sent a text message to let them know when space is available. That would allow patrons their precious time, to gamble or do with it as they wish. I sincerely hope these suggestions can be implemented as soon as possible. There is simply no excuse to alienate your entire customer base with this preposterous infrastructure any further.
