  • Tom F. came to our home to do his inspection of our AC unit like he has done twice a year since 2007 when he was working for Quality Home Maintenance (George Brazil bought that company). Tom F. as always arrived in the time window, called to let us know he was in route and conducted himself in the utmost professional manner that he always has. Tom F. is the ONLY technician we allow to work for us because of his phenomenal work ethic. Our AC unit is 27 years old, yes I said 27 years old, and has continued to function during the 10 years we have owned this home because of Tom's EXPERT care and knowledge of what he does. But alas, this year Tom said not only was there no freon due to a leak but there were exposed electrical wires that had melted through and were lying on the roof causing a fire hazard. We just knew that this was going to be the year we were going to have to replace it. Tom F. fixed it so that it would SAFELY operate until the sales person could get to our home. We didn't have to lift a finger. He called spoke to his office arranged a convenient time for someone to meet with us, made sure the unit was working as safely as possible providing cool air again and gave us his cell number with a "If you need ANYTHING you call me at this number and I will take care of you". We wanted him to get the credit and commission for the sale but he HONESTLY informed my husband and I that he had not completed his training regarding selling a unit yet and would not be the best choice at this time to do that. He said he could sell it to us but wouldn't because he didn't have all of his training completed. You just cannot find people like Tom F. who demonstrate such a trustworthy work ethic and personality! Someone was at our home the next day and the new unit was installed the following day...that my fellow friends on YELP! is damn good customer service!!! But if you need service on your unit call George Brazil ask for Tom F. and tell the Bobbi and Richard Caprin HIGHLY recommend him!!!
