  • Let's face it, Dunkin' Donuts is Dunkin' Donuts. They're pretty much the same wherever you go and you know what you're going to get when you walk through the door. What sets this place apart is the people that work there. They all seem to take pride in creating a good customer experience. Most especially the assistant manager Leanna. She always greets you with a cheerful smile and a nice word. She seems genuinely happy to see each and every person that walks through the door and it's contagious. The world would be a much better place if everyone carried themselves with the same attitude that she portrays.
