  • Awful. Have had two awful experiences here... Sorry but this is just another Asian chop shop nail place...don't let the nice paint job and dusty decor fool you. Questionably clean. During my last service I was roughed up and told not to watch while my feet were hurt. Was pumice D aggressively in areas with no tough skin whatsoever. Then I was filed to the point of pain for hours after leaving with a DRILL on a basic gel application only, I'm sorry quality places don't drill you. Then all my nail growth was aggressively filed off after I expressed I did not want that. Burned by the drill, then jimmy held it to his skin and told me it wasn't hot I was "just scared". Spoke to coworkers in foreign language the entire time. Uv light burning my fingers...I was told to endure it. (This shouldn't happen!) then when I asked what kind of gel polish he was using, the response was "I don't know". And can I just say the practice of a nail tech scratching excess polish off with their nail has got to be a violation of some sort--disgusting. Oh and I came with nice natural shaped nails and left with that looks like the cubes you learned to measure centimeters with in elementary. I'm appalled. Don't go here, spend a little more and go to a proper salon.
