  • Dean, the owner, charged us $750 for a 1/3 HP Furance Fan Motor and another $200 in labor for a 1 hour repair job on a thursday morning. If you are like us, who know nothing about furnaces, you just hope that a company BBB certified would charge you fairly as they are the expert. After we paid, we went online and found the part he charged us $750 for averages $250 at a local supply store. We emailed Dean twice asking for an explanation & after not hearing for weeks, we called and he rudely brushed us off saying he was too busy to deal with it and hung up. Pretty sad for a company who claims professionalism, experience & advertises a total satisfaction guarantee.
