  • If you want to buy simple things for a cheaper price, you can be sure Wal Mart has those things for you. If you have a special request, or are in need of customer service. Good luck at this location! I ordered an item while I was at work today. 1PM. Paid in full so that by the time I get out of work, I can just walk into the doors, get to Customer Service, pick it up, and then go home. The item was quoted "Available for pickup today". When I arrived at the store (5;45PM), it took FOREVER for someone to help me. I waited at least 15 - 20 minutes for someone to respond the doorbell or whatever it is that is used to call for an attendant where you pick up orders. After that, a guy came in, took my ID and said there was no order number or name saved in the system. I checked my phone and gave him the order number, still nothing. I logged on to the wal mart site to check my status of the order and it still said it was "processing" and it said would be available by tomorrow. I walked around the store and saw that there were several units on the sales floor. Talk about LAZY! I should have just picked up the item and waited in line, instead I tried to take a short cut that Wal Mart pushes and now I have to wait for another day instead of having it in my hands right now. If I didn't pay for the stupid processing, I could be at home relaxing right about now.
