  • Waited a week for a call back for an estimate. Agreed on price for rug removal and cleaning and also furniture cleaning (sofa and 2 chairs). Stated should be 1 week for rugs and furniture would be done at time of delivery of cleaned rugs. Called exactly 1 week later for update or delivery date. At 3pm on a Wednesday got the answering service. Left a message. 1 and 1/2 hours later, called again. Left a second message. 1 hour later was called by Payton. This person needs some customer service skills. Cleaning was ok. young man doing the work (Zak) very nice and efficient. Next time I need this service I will seek out a company that answers their business phone, returns calls in a timely manner, doesn't argue with me and wants my business. Oh, did I mention they are QUITE pricey? They are, and not flexible at all.
