  • First time mom and I'm really happy with this office! Wait time: not long at all, I don't think we've waited more than 10 minutes in waiting room Billing: very easy to deal with! the first day I went to the office with my son we didn't have our insurance ID being that he was a newborn. They didn't collect anything first visit and let me wait til next visit to gather info. I still didn't have ID next visit and they collected $100. Once I had my ID I was refunded, they sent a check a few weeks later which to me is not long at all. Some offices are difficult to deal with when asking for a refund. Medical records: I called for immunization record and they faxed it to me right away The doctors and staff are great! Dr. Burford was my pediatrician when I was a child. My son saw Dr. Ky and Dr. Blank when he was born at Southern Hills Hospital, now we see Dr. Rachel and we love her!!
