  • This was an interesting hotel. Although it says Doubletree it is not Doubletree standard. The front desk staff gave good service. The housekeeping staff needs to actually clean. We had food from the previous guest packed in our fridge. The floors were dirty. One day we never got serviced. The hotel is very nicely decorated! However, you will see no street level signage. You kinda wander in and aren't sure where you go. Valet service needs a lot of improvement, one evening we waited 10 minutes. The valet lady was inside talking and on the Internet. Lastly, the restaurant was great food was good. Our waitress great. We were tired but she gave such good service smiled and was interested in our group. This hotel is a good start but definitely needs refining
