  • It has been 6 months since this incident with this company. After receiving a response that they were investigating my complaint, I have yet to hear from anyone from Tide Dry Cleaning regarding what action they will take regarding our drapes. The arrogance of this company is only outdone by their complete lack of customer care. Consider very carefully before you entrust your cleaning needs to this company.
