  • We've been here a couple of times and we never really had issues and plus we did come later in the evening, maybe the workers were tired. We sign and get seated in 4 mins, we get out drinks and start ordering. We ordered pho and egg rolls. Takes awhile to get the food, we finally get it. The nuc mam is watered down, and to our luck my bf gets a hair in the food. He was cool about it, didn't make a scene and it takes about 15 mins to be noticed by a waiter, he sends back the pho with the hair. It takes another 20 mins to the pho back. The pho has less meat and broth. At the end we ended up paying for everything or didn't get an apology or discount since the pho did have hair
