  • No one takes ownership of an issue, it's all passed around to another department. No way to call for help to a particular department. I've been waiting for 30 mins to get a key cut. All of these associates walk right past me and none of them have offered to help. Am I invisible? The two people I have spoken to are clueless and lost. I would rate lower if possible.
