  • I went to this location today around 545 pm. I didn't catch the name of the girl that did my brow wax. No name tag. I would only need it for the review. I won't be returning. I almost always have good experiences at this and other locations of this chain. However, today the tech doing my eyebrows was really rude. I tried to make small talk and was cut off. She didn't ask what I wanted from my brows at all just started going to town. It was the roughest wax I've had at this location yet. She smelled heavily of cigarettes and an hour later I can still smell it. I had to wash my face after getting home. After the wax she just said "you're cleaned up" and went to town cleaning her area. Didn't give me a mirror and ask if I was satisfied. Didn't open the door. Nothing. Front office staff were not the friendliest either. Only positive was my brows came out decent and I was in and out of there fast. Ironically heard a radio commercial for a new alternative near my house which I will now be trying out. Sad because this location was convenient to work for me.
