  • I needed a company to pick up my car in New York and deliver it to Nevada. I called this company in September. Big mistake. They gave me October 6th as a pick up date This company has very poor communication skills. Nobody knows what's going on. I called Wednesday to find out what time the car would be picked up on Friday. John was supposed to call me back with the info. John never called me back. Called on Thursday , spoke to Kat. She said she would call me back in 10 minutes. She never called back. I called her after an hour passed. She connected me to John and he said he would send me an email with all the pick up info. No email on Thursday. Friday morning I call again and they send email at 9:00 saying my car will be picked up in two hours. It is now 7 hours later and no one has picked up my car Can't get in touch with the driver. I had to cancel because of the aggravation it is causing me.
