  • Exactly with the reviews say about SCAM...is so true guys... They tell you one price and you rush home to put that application in because this deal is to good to be true! $45 and then you come back to add the $225 in and you get hit with all the EXTRA stuff they didn't tell you. You have to pay Trash, Water, and Sewer (Extra $30 to maybe $50 on top of your rent) They're not sure of that either because the price is going to change in March 2017. Could be more! Ohh and that move in Special... yeah right. One agent tells you this and the another tells you that. Another price change. I am fighting for my $45 right now. I'll let you know how that goes.. I am glad I kept my Money Order receipt because I wrote the apartment name on it.. so hopefully I can get them to give me my money back or print me a new one. All this trouble because of leasing agents lying to you..
