  • If I could give them a negative star I would. Horrible customer service. We were promised better internet service than Cox and that was a joke. My husband decided to give them a try but we had to cancel because the internet service just wasnt up to par with what we needed. Unfortunately we were out of town so we cancelled 1 day after the 30 day customer satisfaction period. We were told over the phone by the customer service rep that it was ok and that he was back dating the cancellation date so we would not be charged the early termination fees but when we got our first bill we were charged over $500.00. I called to complain and told there was no record of my phone call and basically there was nothing they would do for me. Do not sign up with century link you will regret it
