  • Besides the rocking chairs, this is the best part of the charlotte airport. It is definitely my favorite airport to have a long layover because it's a great excuse to get some spa services done. I have gotten many different services and have never been disappointed. Most recently I had AB Bentley as my massage therapist and I was blown away by the massage I received. He was so nice to talk with and he gave a killer massage. I was very impressed! Do know that you have to pay prior to services, I would have gotten there earlier instead of delaying my appointment if I had been aware of that sooner. I will definitely be back to this spa during my next layover and hope that AB will be working! :)
