What a great restaurant! The first comment I have to make is that the thermostat temperature was PERFECT! I've never walked into a restaurant and been more comfortable in my life. No cold air blasting on you in the middle of your meal. This adds so much to the overall dining experience. Restaurateurs should pay more attention to this detail.
The food was wonderful. The view is amazing! The decor here is beautiful. There is a magnificent display of glass bubbles dangling from the ceiling and encircling the center dining area. The floor is mirrored with a white medallion design.
To start the meal they brought out a small serving of braised short ribs with polenta. So good! I ordered the chicken and lobster surf and turf. It was incredible. I'm usually not a chicken fan, but I knew that it'd be good here, so I went for it. I was not disappointed at all. It was actually a stuffed chicken and it was so moist and flavorful. The lobster was great, of course, too. But I was most impressed with how good the chicken was. We didn't order dessert but they brought us out piping hot madelines with a chocolate hazelnut sauce anyways. It was the perfect way to end the meal.
At the end of dinner we went through the restaurant and into the lounge without having to hassle a line or door guy.
