  • Having always bought from dealers, i bought my 1st Van from Carmax because of No-Haggle and Value-Based selling that Carmax does. So Buying was a great experience ! But After you buy you realise that this is not a National Chain. Every Store is practically owned by the Store Manager and at this location it was a terrible experience post-sales. So now i bought Certified from a Dealer, which i think is Much Much better than Carmax
