  • Dr. Bhatt at Serenity Dental came highly recommended and after making my appointment and showing up I was highly disappointed in their ability to schedule appointments. Originally I was told a teeth cleaning was almost 3 months out, so I told Nanette (I believe that was her name) that I would talk to my husband and see if we wanted to wait. After telling Nanette that, she said she could get me the following week for X-rays and a checkup so I agreed. When I arrived that morning to check in I noticed there was 2 Drs name on the door. Thinking I would be seeing Dr. Bhatt I checked in at the front desk and asked Nanette which Dr. I would be seeing and she said Dr. Nutakki, which was fine since I would not be having any work done, just a check up and xrays. I was then given 5 pages of paperwork to fill out, once that was completed I took the forms to the front desk only to be told they didn't have me scheduled for an appointment afterall. Nanette stated that they didn't have me scheduled due to fact they were waiting to hear back from me. I find that completely absurd due to the fact I was given a check in time and told I was scheduled with Dr. Nutakki after asking upon arrival and given the paperwork to fill out. I was extremely frustrated to say the least after wasting part of my morning and filling out paper work only to hear I wasn't scheduled. Instead of admitting there was a mistake on their end with scheduling they put the blame on me. I then talked to my friend whom had recommended them and she said Dr. Bhatt was a great dentist but she too had scheduling issues with them 3 times in the past. The following day I called the office manager hoping to get the issue resolved. I explained the situation only to have her place the blame on me and wishing me luck at finding a dentist to meet my needs. I have worked in health care for years and this is not how I have ever seen business done!
