| - Coffee/espresso:
AMAZING, truly delicious, no burnt taste and no bitterness whatsoever. The syrups are unquestionably better than most coffee shops, the wait time is generally pretty short and the price is so amazingly cheap, especially for the quality. However, the consistency of the taste isn't quite as good as the Starbucks baristas are trained to strive towards, so depending on your barista, your drink will probably taste different.
Atmosphere:
This is where they lose the 5th star. It's one thing to be friendly and welcoming, but these guys are TOO friendly and it's a common complaint among most anyone I've talked to about this place.
It's uncomfortable to the point where you're practicing your frown face before you reach the window. Once a conversation dies, the baristas tend to try to revive it with incredibly awkward questions about where you work, what you're doing this weekend (on a Tuesday) etc...
They don't have a choice in this matter, they HAVE to be this friendly, but I've found myself avoiding DB many times because of this.
Location:
Need more locations, not quite Chandler-friendly
