  • Very nice living space and amenities. However, please DO NOT rent here if you are looking for quality service from the leasing office. They are rude and unfriendly. I asked them to hold a parcel for me, the person on the phone said ok no problem. But the parcel could not be delivered later because I did not give written authorization?! When I talked to someone to ask what happened, she said I could be talking to the people in the call center.... And that there's nothing they can do for me now. Really? Why didn't the people in the call center tell me they were the call center. Another time, my toilet bowl got stuck. I called in the morning and promised that they would fix it - I live in a one bed/bath unit. When I got home it was not fixed, I called their number. They said they were the call centre located in another state and guess what? They don't have the number of the emergency maintenance guy here on property. Seriously, who would help us fix anything if there was an emergency?! The people in the leasing office only cared about making the sales. They don't care what happens to you after you move in.
