  • THEY'LL FIND ANY WAY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Just moved out, FINALLY, and JANICE and CAMILIA were the worst ever. CAMILIA was always calling and hitting on me to "make sure everything is ok." NASTY!!! They are lazy and have an attitude like their sh*t don't stink. As soon as you walk in, they look at you like you are such an inconvenience. I have never lived anywhere so unprofessional. I asked what needed to be done before moving out so I didn't get a surprise charge and they just say, "Oh just clean it and it'll be ok." So I hired someone to clean the hell out of it. Then I just get a letter in the mail saying I owe $78 for a carpet track that came apart, which was already loose, or half ass repaired. I told them about it during my initial walk through and they said it'll get fixed. Now I have to pay for it. They just threaten to tow cars or fine you for literally everything. They said if I didn't pay the $78 in 10 days, they'll send me to a collection agency immediately. I am in the military, I was tdy for an air show for 21 days during this notice. They don't care and say military clause doesn't apply. Worst place ever. I hope no military moves here, I wouldn't wish this BS upon anyone.
