  • Following a two star rating of Mozart, I have an update. As previously mentioned, this company is not bad UNTIL YOU DON'T RESIGN. In the last two months of our lease the company has: - Sent multiple emails asking us when we are leaving so that they can get into our apartment even earlier than the three days before (non-prorated in payment) the end of our last month -Entered our apartment, unannounced-as usual, to conduct the final inspection while we were still under our lease -Indicated that we owed $40.00 for a one hour broom cleaning fee which was unnecessary as the apartment was already clean- Don't worry got that back! -Took our keys off of the kitchen counter BEFORE we left -Sent an email demanding our remaining keys before the lease was up -HUNG UP ON ME IN A PHONE CALL I don't know. Like I said... great until you go to leave. It was a dissapointing final experience with this company. Just a few things to consider.
