  • If you want to be aggravated on a regular basis, this is your center. Besides being on eternal hold when you call, they all go to lunch at the same time so there's no one in certain departments. Many of us are trying to call on our lunch hours, so there's a big disconnect for you. They leave messages that say they canceled your test on such and such a date, don't tell you why, don't tell you to make another appointment. That's it. When you try to call back, you're on eternal hold.
