  • I have been going to Dr. Godpole for 10 months now and couldn't be happier with her patience and accommodations with scheduling. Due to my work schedule she met early with me on several occasions. Being a health facility, it can be difficult to handle an influx of patient requests and they do their best to fulfill everyone's needs. Future patients please keep in mind that this is a place that is open M-F at regular business hours. In combination with the number of doctors and patients associated with the office, this makes is difficult to answer every single call or return every call within a short period of time. If you're looking for an accommodating and extremely efficient doctor, Dr. Godpole is the perfect choice. When I have to take off of work for the appointment, she makes sure to get me in and out in a timely manner. Don't bash an office due to just scheduling problems. There are several great doctors here at which you should judge your experience upon. I've never had a problem rescheduling as long as I provide a 24-48 hr notice and leave a message stating clearly that they should cancel the appointment and not call back for confirmation, but instead to find a new appointment time. As long as you make this clear in your voicemail, you will save your time and theirs in the process. And for those who will complain about the price, the doctors here aren't out to get your money. Your first appointment may be more expensive because, well, it's your first evaluation and they have several papers to file for you as a new patient. In addition, your insurance will often determine co pays. Regardless, you should know how much a doctors appointment costs prior to going to that doctor. It's this thing called free will that allows us to choose our doctors based on anything we want, even pricing. We're all adults here, so do your research, don't just go in and "test the waters" and write a bad review because you didn't know what to expect. This is a mental health facility. review it based on the mental health services provided. I give it 5 stars and I have to drive 40 minutes to get here.
