  • Once people who were seated after us received and finished their meals before we received ours, I started to get a little irritated. Our meal finally arrived but I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and received a chicken salad sandwich. The waiter took responsibility for his error, offered to get me the grilled chicken sandwich. No big deal, I started eating the chicken salad sandwich and was enjoying it. After about my 4th bite, I noticed that there were two pieces of hair that were definitely not mine or anyone's at my table in my sandwich. I told the waiter about it, he took it back, and took it off the bill. It's all he could have done but I won't be back to eat here again.
