  • we moved in these apartments in April 2015 the first 2 months started great with no issues. but after that it went to crap. we had issues with are neighbors , it was originally 2 people living there and now there is 4 adults and 2 kids and 2 babys. I made a complain 2 times and nothing has been done. We also have issues with are fire alarms we would be sleeping and they would randomly go off at 5am, maintenance said it was just low batteries but they must of replaced them 3 times in a month and it didnt make a difference . I later found out that when the downstairs neighbor would take a hot shower that the steam would raise up to are place and set off are alarm I than also learned that when i shower and leave the bathroom door open that the alarm would go off. Than if you like to cook, dont expect to be able to fry any food because the alarm will go off as well. I cooked bacon and 2 min after throwing on the pan the alarm went off. And maintenance again says low battery. Last thing is we have a roach problem , we are both extremely clean but we still have a roach issue. The roaches come out of the drains so you gotta make sure to cover them when not using unless you want a lot of roaches . Dont move into these apartments we pay 1260 a month which is very high for such a crappy experience
