  • Friendly? definitely! Competent? not quite! We have had them service our family's pc 3 or 4 times for virus-related problems (I'm starting to lose count) & we continue to have problems (they only stand by their work for one month's time). Their slogan is "Why Call A GEEK When You Can Call A FRIEND!" & while I'm not thrilled with the idea of going to Best Buy/Geek Squad, they'd probably get the job done the 1st time. Next time we'll save some cash (a service visit alone is $90) and go them.
