Been taking my dog here for a little over 2 years. Old owners, new owners, he still looks great after every visit.
We like to get our guy in and out as fast as possible and Margo's has always accommodated us. Being an old dude, our dog has plenty of issues like skin tags and such and they've always remembered them and taken care not to cut them even though he gets buzzed close. Face, ears, nails, all done to our requests every time.
I've read reviews here and on Google where people complain about a groomer telling a dog to sit still and the like and I'm not that worried (doesn't mean I'm not watching) because I know my dog is a royal pain and gets overexcited when on a vet or grooming table. I'd rather the human be stern because I know my dog will try to walk/jump off the table or do something stupid like lick the scissors (which he's done, not pretty) if he thinks you are playing.
Finally, my dog is not very social (probably because he thinks he's better than other dogs as well as most humans) but I love that he gets to roam around with all the other dogs at Margo's. I hate the idea of him sitting in a crate waiting to dry or for us to pick him up.
