  • I'm not a huge doughnut person to begin with; Krispy Kreme's may be about the only doughnuts I will eat. That being said, I probably hadn't had a Kristy Kreme in over 10 years. I chose the drive through... that was my first mistake. It took FOREVER. I figured it took so long because they had to make the doughnuts... apparently not. All the doughnuts in the box were cold. Whatever, I wanted to taste this thing and see if memories of my childhood would come flashing back... apparently not. It didn't have that same sweet flavor I recalled as a kid :( kind of disappointing. A cold doughnut with less flavor than I remember. I guess I'll have to try it again when the "hot now" sign is on... or stick to the last 10 years of not eating doughnuts.
