  • Went to the new location on Queen West last night. Most horrific service I've had in a very long time. Waited over 45 minutes to get in, even though we were told it would be about 10 mins. Then we were taken to a table on the patio. I'm a big fan of patios, but I've never been given a patio seat without being asked if I want one. And if I had wanted one, I would have dressed more warmly. The food is ok, but it's not good enough that you put up with bad service. Also they serve food as it is ready - so don't expect to necessarily be eating at the same time as the rest of your table. They certainly don't time that out.
