  • Serendipity! Great food and portions. The one and only las vegas strip steak sandwich is a 10/10. not so much for the frozen hot chocolate. It tastes like a slush version of swiss miss. (overrated if you ask me) Never going back, especially with the customer service I received on this last visit. We got seated and never even got waters. Another couple came in a few minutes after us got served and payed for their bill and we still didn't get any help. They seen us but didn't even ask if we were ready to order. We decided to eat somewhere else, so we left and none of the staff members or management even said anything. That's why I gave Serendipity one star. CUSTOMER SERVICE plays a big part in food service.
