  • I've lived near Klinke on Monona Dr for about 12 years. Used them occasionally with average service. Then 3 years ago, started taking dress work shirts regularly. The service really started to decline, and I had 3 shirts ruined. The business reimbursed me without any hassle, so that was nice. There was a lot of employee turnover. I was very close to looking for another cleaner, until about a year ago a new guy started named Tony. He's likely the manager because he's always there. Tony greets you, remembers your name, has a great attitude, and has completely cleaned up this location. Service has improved 100%. It's refreshing to see someone take pride in their job & fix problems. 5 Stars
