Wouldn't want my worst enemy even shopping at Living Spaces. Bought a new mattress in April 2017, it was delivered with a lump the size of a human body in it. They took 5 weeks to have someone come out and look at it before saying yes, it's defective. Then refused to refund my money, said store credit only. All the mattresses are now double the price and they say I have to pay the difference. They won't come pick up the defective mattress that's been sitting in my living room for 5 months, the agent told me to "find storage for it" and that I am not allowed to throw it away. I filed a claim with my bank which denied me since they were offering store credit. However, now that the claim is over Living Spaces now no longer honoring store credit. The agent for their warranty dept actually told me they are keeping my money and will not provide a replacement since I didn't buy a replacement within 30 days of delivering the defective one. FILED with BBB. RUNNNNNNN!!!
