  • Staying at the Cosmo was just grand. Being able to walk down to Holstein's was just another added plus. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal there. Memorable Bloody Mary's - Jalapeno infused vodka + a jumbo shrimp to garnish..YUM! Greek Burger - I dislike lamb, but I loved this burger! Gold Standard Burger - Loved the complex flavors and the aged Goat Cheddar Cheese! Oreo Milkshake Forgettable Kimchi Quesadilla Truffled Lobster mac and Cheese - didn't taste the truffle or the lobster I would stick to what they're known for, and not stray too far from that. Great place to grab a meal in Sin City! :)
