  • I went to drive through ordered a coconut milk mocha macchiato! When the lady handed to me . I felt something sticky. It's Carmel all over the cup ! And I don't have any napkins and water in my car to clean so I parked my car went to inside tell her the cup was mess and sticky. She was kind of in a bad mood I guess , no Apologize. However she said" the cup !? "I said yes and she go wiped it for me! I have been so many location,I was not satisfied with this location ! You don't give customer a stick mess drink !
