  • Been here few times in past 2 months, but today was a different experience. Walked into the establishment and i was basically ignored for first 5 minutes. The guy at the cash didn't even greet us or said anything. He was busy on the ipad doing whatever that he was doing. The employees in the back busy talking to each other rather than attending to us. Then one of the employee came to the front to take the order, however the music was so loud that we decided not to buy a fresh smoothie and settle for the bottle. I had the chocolate milk there before and it was amazing, but this bottle was more full of water than the rest of the ingredients. The chocolate milk was too much of a water for $11. I thought I was hooked on to this place, but I don't think I am going back anymore. "VERY DISAPPOINTED".
