This buffet deserves 1 star because of the price. You can serve high quality ingredients compared to a cheaper buffet but cold meatballs and lasagna aren't good no matter what you make them out of.
The fried chicken was really good when I got a fresh piece that was hot. I got some tomahawk ribeye that I seriously can say didnt taste like much of anything. I pictured Gordon Ramsey smashing it on a stainless steel table while screaming about lack of seasoning.
The desserts were really good but overall if this is a 50 dollar per person buffet, the bacchanal should be 150.
