  • Visited Insomnia on a recent trip to Toronto. What a great find! Went for the Sunday brunch. Arrive early! We got there at 9:15am, and by 10:30 it was packed. Eggs Benny were done perfectly, the home fries were pre-basted in a spicy ketchup, and the coffee, which is augmented with cinnamon, was perfect. My wife had the citrus french toast which was a bit heavy but delicious. My son had a bacon-tomato-and cheese sandwich which was perfectly prepared. Great service, great setting, will definitely return.
