  • I've been coming here for years without issue, but our last two visits we have received horrible service... We went in on Christmas Eve Eve and after a few minutes wait got a table in the back. We sat there for 10 minutes without a server even acknowledging us... until I finally went up to the hostess stand to ask what was going on. It then took another 5 minutes to have someone come over and it didn't get much better from there. Our waitress was very nice but I've never heard a server apologize so much, not just to us but to the tables around us. She comped our dessert and we brushed it off as an isolated incident and her having a bad night... But then we came in yesterday....and our server was even worse. Noah was rude and inattentive and I felt like he was mocking me when I asked for extra ranch dressing. (That he never even bothered to bring.) None of us received a drink refill the entire visit. And I asked for to-go lids for our ranch/marina and he never came back with those either. We had planned to order dessert but he set the check on the table and disappeared before we even had a chance to ask. Easily lands on my top 3 worst dining experiences in my lifetime... I really hope this isn't the new norm for Floridino's.
