  • Went to this dentist because my insurance referred them and they were close to my home. The staff is very friendly & informative. They worked with my finances & didn't make me feel bad that I haven't been to a dentist in years. The only complaint is they offer no form of sedation. I am terrified of the dentist because of a bad experience I had, so I took a lot for me to finally go. While the staff understood and was compassionate to my fear, it didn't help that they didn't offer anything i.e. laughing gas, oral sedation pills (taken prior to your procedure). I was crying and shaking through the whole procedure. They breaks they gave me in between only made it worse. I was there over 3 hours for a crown on one tooth, I'm supposed to go back for the permanent crown in 2 weeks but may not go because of their lack of sedation. Also, was not given any antibiotics for my infected tooth or pain pills to get me through the night. My jaw was still swollen and sore the next day. Bottom line: staff is amaizing! Not a place for people with a real fear of dentist and need a type of sedation to not freak while having the procedure. Definitely not taking my kids there.
