  • This is a review for Dr. Dolores Dias who handles Dr. Williams Magda patients when she is on vacation. I went in with severe pain radiating down right leg and I was unable to sit for extended periods. Dr Dias did not even touch me during her examination, she asked me a few questions and immediately wrote a prescription for physical therapy. In all she spent 5 mins to diagnose me, which I found very odd. She prescribed meds which did not work so after 5 days, so I had to beg them to give me something else which was a separate ordeal. I followed Physical Therapy for 2 weeks and with negligible improvement, I went back to see Dr Dias. This time around she referred me for an MRI of lower back and pain dr. The pain Dr. was able to diagnose my condition as herniated disk even before doing MRI. The MRI results confirmed that diagnosis. I spent 3 - 4 weeks in pain due to lack of professionalism from Dr Dias. She actually chews gum while talking to you. Overall, the office staff is not helpful and I would avoid at all cost.
