We would give five stars were it not for one unpleasant clerk at check-in and extremely loud music, very jarring and out-of-place, in the conference room adjacent the walkway. Maybe staff were preparing to setup for an event. The warmth and professionalism of the rest of the staff were most welcome. The lobby and entire ground floor are magnificent, monumental in the use of marble and wood. Our first room had a large, red stain in the middle of the floor. We switched to another and were very happy with it. Wireless internet was cumbersome and expensive with separate payment for each device. This contradicts the premium character of the hotel. Access to the clinic from the third floor couldn't be easier. We did not order room service but brought up naan pizza from Table 45 and found it wonderful. Checkout was quick and easy with Carl behind the desk.
