  • Good day everyone and hope this review will help you understand that a hostel is a excellent option when looking for a place to stay. My Name is Keiki-Alexander Dimanche-Bailey and also known as ThePandaPhotographer. As a former UW-Madison undergrad student, I'd come back to Madison once a year for all the events that take place in Madison in the summer time. Madison can offer many hotel options but no one talked about how Madison has a Hi-International Hostel in the heart of the downtown area. Hi-Madison is a excellent choice for single individuals or groups and offer a excellent experience. Let me say "I'm not remunerate or work for the Hostel" but I will tell you that I have been to many hostel around world and my instagram is ThePandaPhotographer. As a photographer, I'd do stay in Hotels from time to time when there isn't a hostel option but as a customer and renew my membership once a year for the last 9 years, Hostels are excellent places to be. Prices for share rooms and private rooms are just amazing. As low as 26 dollars a night, you have full access to a full size kitchen, laundry, and 24 support if there is anything you need from the amazing staff that work for the hostel. You also have wi-fi and a entertainment room to watch Television with online features. A piano is here for anyone that does know how to play or you want to practice and there is room for everyone. Here is my question to you, Can you find something like this in a hostel room that can cost over $210 a night? No, the Hi-Madison International is a place where people want to share and experience a fun and happy visit. Madison is a city that provide entertainment and fun and that's your reason why you want or have come to Madison to experience, Right? Why not do it here at the Hi-Madison. Don't take my word for it but I've been to so many hostels and all were excellent. Now don't be confuse, Hi-International Hostel is the hostel service you want and there is other that try be the same but Hi-international Hostels are the best choice hands down. If you are coming into Madison for the Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter, there is be the best choice if you are with friends. There is FREE breakfast and you can cook your own meals at any time. The kitchen never closings and you can walk to the market for groceries. Now the best part about staying here is that Farmer's Market at the capitol is just up the street, but there is more than that, restaurants, bars, museums and more are just walking distance from the Hostel. Keep this in mind as well, if you want to go to the West Towne Mall or East, you can choose the green cab services and it's super cheap but if you use other sources of transportation then that is fine. Buses are running all the time until 11:30pm which is the last bus to travel but you will most likely rent a bike to see the views of the lakes that surrounds Madison. James Madison Park and Brittingham Park is also walking distance from the Hostel. All of this for the price as low as $26 dollars a night. That to be is such a excellent option for anyone. Keep in mind though that if you are a resident of Madison (Dane County) you will not be able to stay in the Hostel. You will need a current ID or Passport and the Hostel is only for those that are traveling abroad or from another city outside of Madison. ID and Passports are required with a credit card. As I'd write this review to you now, I am in the hostel now sitting and doing my best to have you understand where I'd come in as a customer and a long time membership. Hi-International Hostel are located around the world and are in many cities. So think about how much you can saved on hostel fees and taxes when you do come to Madison and how you can make your experience better. This is a education place to know one another and this is how the Hi-international hostel services started for those traveling abroad. The history is very detail on why Hostels provide a better experience than hotels. We just had a live band that played at the hostel two night ago and I took the photography for it, what an amazing experience and by the way, I didn't even know this place was here when I was a student. This is my second time here if you want to ask about it. Last year 2016 summer I'd rent from a UW-Madison faulty and after the lease was up I did stay at the hostel for 3 days and was amazed how it was easy to get to. There is also a Persian restaurant just downstair of the hostel. Amazing food if you ask me, just putting that out there. I've meet, Tim from Ohio doing research studies from his university to UW-Madison, Chris Gan from North American Export Council, Brian - business man on business in Madison, Michael G that just move here from Hawaii to go to school here in Madison and stay just for a short to apply for housing, Wu - from China that was looking for work and took the time to explore Madison and many few women that stay here and was just wonderful to chat with. 5 out of 5..
